About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. In this customer-focused, front-line role, the Teller supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately processes transactions, and delivers a welcoming and reliable experience. The Teller is a primary point of contact for customers and represents the branch through attentive service, strong communication, and care. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping identify customers’ needs and connecting them with useful products, services, digital tools, or the appropriate banker. The Teller works closely with branch teammates to support smooth daily operations and a consistent customer experience. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships by listening to everyday financial needs and connecting customers with relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Recognize potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, ask questions to clarify customer needs, and provide straightforward solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
