About The Position

Security Financial Bank (SFB) is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Black River Falls Motor Bank branch team. As a Teller, you’ll often be the first person customers see when they visit the bank. Whether helping someone cash their paycheck, opening the door for a new relationship, or answering questions with a smile, you'll play an important role in creating a positive banking experience. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with an occasional rotating Saturday morning (plus Saturday shift differential).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service and cash-handling experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to balance transactions accurately
A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency with computer and comfort learning new systems

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of bank products, services, and various federal regulations is a plus!

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions
Verifying checks, endorsements, and proper identification
Balancing your cash drawer daily and assisting with branch balancing tasks
Answering customer inquiries in person and by phone, while maintaining confidentiality
Referring customers to other SFB team members for specialized services
Supporting branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
