About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller at their Corporate Center in Sheboygan, WI. This role offers a starting pay of $16 per hour and does not require prior banking or financial experience, making it a great opportunity to start a career in the financial industry. As a Teller, you will be one of the first points of contact for members needing assistance. Through training and support, you will learn to help members with their daily banking needs while developing valuable customer service and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and reliable work habits
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist members through various channels including video, chat, phone, email, and secure messaging, providing friendly and professional service.
Answer questions and resolve member concerns.
Process a variety of financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify products and services that may benefit members.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure members receive necessary support.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
