We are currently seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Crystal Lake branch, conveniently located across from downtown Starbucks. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Previous cash-handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Spanish language skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify checks, endorsements, signatures, and account balances
- Cash checks and disburse funds following bank procedures
- Enter transactions and maintain accurate records
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Accept loan payments and provide account-related assistance
- Introduce customers to products and services that may meet their financial needs
- Deliver friendly, professional service while building customer relationships
