Peninsula Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller who is passionate about providing exceptional member service and making a difference in the community. The team is dedicated to its members and to living the mission, "To be the trusted financial partner within our communities". Employees are trained to help members with great products and services to fulfill this mission daily. This position will assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. The role requires maintaining, processing, and balancing a cash drawer and checks according to established procedures. The Teller will accurately submit and balance checks electronically. A good understanding of a wide variety of products and services is expected, with the ability to proactively suggest benefits to members and prospective members. Ensuring members are promptly and professionally served is a key aspect of this role.
