Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior cash handling or retail experience preferred
  • Strong math skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional experience for every member
  • Accurately and efficiently process a variety of member transactions
  • Build strong relationships by understanding members� needs and connecting them with the right solutions
  • Stay current on our products and services and recommend them when appropriate (with opportunities to earn incentive pay)
  • Partner with branch team to ensure members receive exceptional support
  • Support branch operations and assist with special projects as needed
