About The Position

As a Teller, you’ll be the friendly face members see when they walk into the branch. Your mission? Deliver amazing service while helping members make the most of their financial journey.

Requirements

• Enjoy helping people and providing top-notch service
• Have strong communication and people skills
• Are detail-oriented and comfortable handling financial transactions
• Are comfortable learning new technology and systems (Microsoft Office and banking software)
• Bring a positive attitude and professional presence every day

Nice To Haves

• Experience with sales referrals or relationship building (financial services is a plus!)

Responsibilities

• Create great member experiences by delivering friendly, accurate service at the teller pod
• Process financial transactions with precision and strong cash-handling practices
• Answer questions and solve problems related to member accounts
• Spot opportunities to help members more by recommending products and services that fit their goals
• Start meaningful conversations—in person and occasionally through outbound calls—to build lasting relationships
• Support team and branch goals through referrals, deposit growth, and membership expansion
• Stay vigilant with fraud prevention and compliance, including BSA regulations
