About The Position
A Teller at Canandaigua National Bank is more than just a transactional role; it's about building and nurturing customer relationships within the community. Requirements
- High school diploma or high school equivalency
- Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office)
- Strong customer service/sales experience
- Cash handling skills
Responsibilities
- Accepting deposits
- Cashing checks
- Balancing a cash drawer accurately and efficiently
- Providing quality customer service by being friendly and courteous
- Answering customers’ questions
- Making recommendations for banking products based on customer needs
- Abiding by current regulations, bank policies and procedures
- Keeping an eye out for potential fraud
