Nice To Haves
- Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach this too!
- Bilingual premium for this role is available for employees who regularly use their language skills to assist members. Proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with our members and your fellow Advians.
- Answer member's questions and service their accounts.
- Utilize natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs, allowing you to recommend products and services that will best benefit their individual financial needs.
- Be the face of Advia.
