About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Part-Time Teller to join our team. In this role, you will assist members with a variety of daily financial transactions while delivering a positive and professional experience. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn about credit union products and services. Availability required Monday through Saturday with varying shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Strong interpersonal and customer support abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to address member concerns professionally and efficiently
Comfortable promoting and explaining financial products and services
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
General computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related discipline is a plus
Experience with CUAnswers or similar financial institution software preferred

Responsibilities

Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries
Handle check cashing, money order purchases, and loan-related transactions
Maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy at the close of each business day
Provide friendly and efficient member assistance while identifying additional products or services that may benefit members
Remain informed on company procedures, financial regulations, and available credit union products
Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service standards
