About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Maple Grove, Minnesota branch. In this front-line, customer-focused role, the Teller supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completing transactions and providing a welcoming, reliable experience. The Teller is a primary point of contact who represents the branch through attentive service, care, and accuracy. The role provides an opportunity to build foundational banking skills, learn about customer needs, and introduce customers to helpful products, services, and digital tools. The Teller identifies opportunities to support customers and connects them with the appropriate banker for more detailed product conversations. Working closely with branch teammates, the Teller helps maintain smooth daily operations and a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process transactions and engage customers with care to deliver a positive and reliable branch experience.
Process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand everyday financial needs.
Connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify customer needs and provide clear solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate complex issues to support timely resolution.
