Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using common office applications and office equipment.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude.
- Experience controlling negotiable instruments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Effective time management including the ability to prioritize responsibilities and organize work tasks.
- Skilled in diffusing escalations in a positive manner and effectively resolving member concerns.
- Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared and feedback and coaching are welcomed.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and promote teamwork.

- Flexibility to work branch hours including Saturdays.
