About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a bilingual Spanish-English Teller for its National Branch Network. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately processing transactions and providing a welcoming, reliable experience. The Teller is a primary point of contact who builds foundational banking skills, learns about customers’ needs, introduces relevant products, services, and digital tools at a high level, and connects customers with bankers for detailed product guidance. The role works closely with branch teammates to support daily operations and a consistent, high-quality customer experience, with training, coaching, and opportunities for career growth. The position is part-time and located at 4300 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida. The schedule includes Saturdays. Applicants must pass a required language assessment. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish and English.
Must take and pass the required language assessment.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or an appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand customers’ everyday financial needs.
Connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercising sound judgment and managing risk according to policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, clarify customer needs, and provide simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues to support timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; identify and escalate issues and make sound risk decisions.
