About The Position

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking Part-Time Tellers to join the team at our Rib Mountain, Wisconsin location! This position will work 20-24 hours per week. CoVantage invests in their team members! The pay for this role is $15.25 - $22.13. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications. Benefits include a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, paid time off for community service, and more!
Requirements
- Have obtained a high school diploma
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
- Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance
- Have intermediate mathematical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance
- Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately
- Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis
- Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value
