About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Crown Valley location. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurate transaction processing, and welcoming, reliable service. The Teller is a primary point of contact for customers and represents the branch through attentive service, accuracy, and genuine care. The role provides an opportunity to build foundational banking skills by learning about customers’ needs and introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools. Tellers identify opportunities to support customers and connect them with bankers for detailed product conversations. They work closely with branch teammates to support smooth daily operations and a consistent customer experience. The position offers exposure to retail banking and potential long-term career growth supported by training, coaching, and a team-based culture.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships, listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers with relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify customer needs and provide clear solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
Work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
