We are looking for a qualified professional for our open Teller position to float between our Webster Groves and Florissant, Missouri branches. This position will start out as a basic teller. Once the teller skills are mastered, additional training on opening accounts and new products, assisting with debit and credit card questions, etc. will be added. Floating Teller candidate must be able to travel to other branch locations. Mileage is reimbursed.
Requirements
- Cash handling experience.
- Professional serving manner with prior experience in a service environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong aptitude with numbers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Sales or retail experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality and consistent service to internal and external members.
- Routinely handle cash and balance the teller drawer.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve problems.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to members when applicable.
