Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Friendly, professional, and positive approach to working with people
  • Passion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Comfortable working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in banking and financial services
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide welcoming, professional customer service by greeting members and developing strong relationships
  • Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions
  • Handle cash and maintain an accurate, balanced cash drawer
  • Learn about members' needs and connect them with appropriate financial products and services
  • Answer questions and assist members with their banking needs in a helpful and professional manner
  • Address and resolve member concerns while maintaining a positive member experience
  • Partner with coworkers to provide consistent, efficient, and exceptional service
  • Follow established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction procedures
