Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle cash responsibly and efficiently
Willingness to learn, adapt, and support team goals

Responsibilities

Handling a wide range of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments
Assisting customers with products like cashier’s checks, money orders, and new account setup
Processing night deposits, mail transactions, and balancing cash drawers with precision
Managing vault cash, preparing shipments to the Federal Reserve, and maintaining cash limits
Providing friendly, professional service while identifying customer needs and referring opportunities
Supporting branch operations by coordinating with team members and other departments
Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
May assist with ATM balancing, safe deposit services, and back-up the Customer Service Representative at times
