About The Position

This role involves providing accurate and efficient transaction services to customers, controlling and balancing all financial instruments processed, and assisting in overall branch services. The teller will welcome customers warmly, handle transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check verification, loan payments, and issuing money orders, cashier checks, and foreign currency. All transactions must be processed within authorized limits, with supervisor approval for required transactions. The position also requires product knowledge to assist customers with their banking needs and performing other duties as required.

Requirements

• Cash handling experience and/or customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use a keyboard, ten-key pad, and basic capability to access information contained within bank-wide systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of bank clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• One year of previous experience as a teller.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities
