About The Position
MyUSA Credit Union is a member-owned, over $350 million financial institution seeking interested candidates for a Teller position at our corporate (Plaza) branch in Middletown. MyUSA Tellers provide extraordinary member service both in person and over the phone, and follow standards set forth by the Credit Union that best serve our members financial needs.
Requirements

- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions
- Possess team “attitude” and professionalism at all times
- Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment as needed to perform the role such as computer, calculator, copier
- Minimum High School Graduate
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales and cash handling experience preferred
- Banking: Experience preferred
- Customer service: Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately process member transactions
- Successfully sell / refer products and services to new and existing members through anticipating our members’ financial needs
