About The Position

MyUSA Credit Union is a member-owned, over $350 million financial institution with offices in Middletown (2), Trenton, Kettering (2), Moraine, Springfield and Vandalia. We are seeking interested candidates for a fulltime Teller position at one of our Middletown (Crawford Street) locations. MyUSA Tellers provide extraordinary member service both in person & over the phone. Following standards set forth by the Credit Union, they build trusted relationships in both the service that they provide and the recommendation of products and services that best meet members' financial needs. Flexibility may be required to accommodate staffing needs at other (local) branch locations.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions
  • Possess team attitude and professionalism at all times
  • Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales & cash handling experience preferred
  • Banking: Experience preferred
  • Customer service: Experience preferred
