This position is responsible for serving customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally. The Teller will complete transaction processing accurately and in accordance with bank procedures, while projecting the bank’s professional reputation through knowledgeable and courteous interactions. The role involves referring customers to subject matter experts, completing ongoing training, and utilizing product knowledge to assist customers and suggest relevant products and services. Additionally, the Teller will protect bank assets by adhering to all security and regulatory procedures, complete in-branch communication activities, and communicate recommendations for improved workflow and customer service. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts is essential.
