About The Position

Part-Time Teller position available at 144th & F St. This role involves afternoon shifts from 12:45pm - 5:00pm, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45am - 12:00pm. This is a permanent position, not a summer job. If you are passionate about serving your community and believe excellent customer service is the backbone of an organization, this role is for you. We serve over 11,000 members in the Omaha Metro area, and our Member Service Representatives are the front line to our members. This role requires a consultative mindset to assist members with all their financial needs, answer questions, and ensure they feel taken care of. The ideal candidate will be comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions and working in multiple systems simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential to ensure internal audit and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• At least six months of financial industry or related experience
• Excellent service is your passion
• Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions
• Comfortable working in multiple systems, sometimes at the same time
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
