About The Position

Elevate Credit Union is hiring a full-time Teller for our Brigham City branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in accurate work, and wants to build professional experience in financial services. Previous credit union or banking experience is not required. We provide training and support to help you learn the role and succeed. As a Teller, you'll have a consistent daytime schedule with no Sundays or late nights. You'll work with a supportive team, develop valuable financial-service skills, and have opportunities to grow within the credit union.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of steady customer service experience
• Strong communication and computer skills
• The ability to learn new systems and procedures
• Careful attention to detail
• A professional, dependable, and positive approach
• Comfort handling money and working with confidential information
• A genuine desire to help people

Responsibilities

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
• Maintaining an accurate and secure cash drawer
• Answering questions and helping members resolve account concerns
• Updating account information and completing routine service requests
• Explaining credit union products and services clearly
• Recognizing member needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions
• Protecting member information and following established procedures
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive branch environment
