Performs routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, cashiers checks, and money orders. Assists members in opening new accounts, and verifying the information provided with outside services, as required, and understanding eligibility requirements for membership. Provides member phone, online chat, and email support. Courteously responds to member requests/complaints and can direct them to the proper person if the answer is unknown. Participates in and promotes the credit union movement. In addition to the aforementioned duties and responsibilities, any and all duties and responsibilities assigned by management that may be deemed necessary or needed in the promotion and continuance of the credit union and are job related.
