Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of steady customer service experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way
- A positive outlook and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with care
- Maintain an accurate and secure cash drawer
- Answer members' questions, solve issues, and make updates to accounts
- Provide clear, friendly service while educating members about products and services
- Identify needs and offer financial solutions tailored to each member
- Represent Elevate's values in every interaction-with members and teammates alike
