This Full Time Teller position is within PNC's Retail Banking organization and will be based in Myrtle Beach, SC. PNC operates as an in-office company, promoting a collaborative and supportive culture. The role involves delivering a unique customer experience focused on improving financial wellbeing and building loyalty, processing various customer interactions, and educating customers on financial alternatives. It also includes identifying banking opportunities, making appropriate referrals to branch staff, and engaging with customers in the lobby to position PNC products. The Teller will educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources, apply product and procedural knowledge to solve problems, and adhere to all policies and procedures with sound judgment. Ensuring efficient and accurate completion of daily teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions is also key. Employees are expected to be Customer Focused, aligning decisions with customer needs and satisfaction, and Managing Risk, assessing and managing risks according to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
