About The Position

The Teller provides exceptional customer service while processing customer transactions at FNBO branch locations. The role requires a friendly, positive attitude, pride in one's work, and commitment to FNBO's Operating Philosophy. Tellers are expected to deliver consistent, efficient, and accurate service, seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations, and make appropriate decisions in customers' interests. They participate in training and work collaboratively with their team to achieve individual and team success. The position is anticipated to be performed onsite at the posted branch location, though the work location may change based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Previous Teller experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
