Welcome customers and address their questions, concerns, and account-related issues.
Ensure accurate cash drawer operations and maintain proper documentation for all cash transactions, balancing your drawer at the end of each day.
Process a variety of financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
Address customer issues and discrepancies swiftly and professionally.
Utilize banking software and systems to execute transactions and manage accounts effectively.
