We are seeking high-energy, community-focused candidates to join us as a Part-Time Teller. POSITION PURPOSE You will be the first point of contact for our new members, ensuring they are promptly and professionally served. You’ll perform essential teller functions, handle a variety of member service needs, and help our members discover products that improve their financial lives.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- The First Impression Specialist: Perform financial transactions such as cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments with accuracy and a welcoming smile.
- Member Advocacy: Proactively share and cross-sell credit union products and services to help members reach their goals.
- Precision & Detail: Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals, ensuring the branch's financial integrity.
- Problem Solving: Resolve member requests and questions promptly, whether in person, over the phone, or through other channels.
- Community Ambassador: Maintain and project the high-quality reputation Genisys is known for as we grow in the Kentwood area.
