About The Position
Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Coon Rapids branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where employees can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.
Requirements
- Minimum High School degree or GED
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Minimum of one year cash handling experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous financial service experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
- Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
- Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
- Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
- Enjoy working next to your Blaze teammates and managers helping each other to succeed
- Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions on a daily basis
