Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of teller experience or combination of education and experience.
• Thorough understanding of teller operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong coaching skills and the desire to help others grow and learn.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high monetary risk environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability preferred.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the teller line including balancing drawers, ordering cash, and scheduling staff.
• Train and develop tellers.
• Lead by example and ensure all customer interactions are positive and efficient.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process transactions.
• Complete daily and monthly reports.
• Assist with opening and closing the bank.
• Collaborate with Teller Operations Manager on bank-wide projects, procedures, trainings and system upgrades.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
