About The Position

The Part-Time Teller position involves paying and receiving functions, including balancing and maintaining a cash drawer, and processing customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. The role requires a customer-focused, friendly, outgoing individual who can multitask. This position is located at our Bentonville location and works Monday – Friday 9am to 1pm with rotating Saturdays. Major duties include embracing the Legacy culture, providing outstanding customer service, performing teller duties, assisting customers, verifying and balancing assigned cash drawer daily, following teller outage policy, receiving and processing customer teller transactions accurately and timely, having basic knowledge of bank products and services, following security and compliance procedures daily, and recognizing opportunities to sell additional Bank products to customers and non-customers as transactions are processing and needs are recognized.

Requirements

• 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous banking experience.
• Previous cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes part in and embraces the Legacy culture and gives outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs teller duties and assists customers with needs while providing excellent customer service.
• Verifies and balances assigned cash drawer daily while following teller outage policy.
• Receives and processes customer teller transactions accurately and timely.
• Basic knowledge of bank products and services.
• Follow security and compliance procedures daily.
• Recognizes opportunities to sell additional Bank products to customers and non-customers as transactions are processing and needs are recognized.
• All other duties as assigned.
