About The Position

Camden National Bank is seeking a Teller/Relationship Banker Float for its Southern Region. The position is based at one banking center and travels to multiple banking centers within the region as needed. It combines teller-line responsibilities with customer service and account-opening work at a desk, while collaborating with different teams and contributing to retail banking center goals. The role serves as a customer-facing representative of the bank, providing accurate financial transactions and needs-based assistance while building strong customer relationships. The bank offers ongoing training, cross-training, and opportunities for advancement. Compensation is expected to be $18.00–$25.65 per hour; the actual starting salary depends on experience, skills, education, certifications, and relevant business conditions.

Requirements

Previous cash-handling or sales experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams.

Willingness to travel among banking centers within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, accurate financial transactions to customers.
Receive deposits, cash checks, issue withdrawals, and record deposits.
Assist customers with needs-based solutions and provide a positive banking experience.
Build customer relationships on the teller line and at a desk, including opening accounts.
Work with multiple teams and at different banking centers across the region as needed.
Contribute to retail banking center goals.
