About The Position

Camden National Bank is seeking a Teller/Relationship Banker Float for its Southern Region. This role combines teller-line transactions with customer service and account-opening work at a desk. The position is based at one banking center and travels to multiple banking centers within the region as needed. The banker supports retail banking center goals, provides a positive customer experience, and works with different teams and locations.

Requirements

• Previous cash-handling or sales experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work with a variety of customers face-to-face.
• Willingness to travel between multiple banking centers within the region as needed.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and accurate financial transactions to customers.
• Receive deposits, cash checks, issue withdrawals, and record deposits.
• Assist customers on the teller line and at a desk, including opening accounts and building strong customer relationships.
• Promote the bank’s core values and provide a positive banking experience.
• Work with multiple teams and banking centers, floating among locations across the region as needed.
• Contribute to retail banking center goals.
