About The Position

Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is searching for an energetic, customer-focused, and professional candidate to join our Teller Operations team in a full-time position. This position is located primarily in our Clear Lake location as a Teller and Receptionist providing the highest quality of customer service, ensuring accuracy and precision in receiving and recording deposits and many more customer service requests for customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications, experience with multi-line phone
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide bank customers with information about accounts in person or over the phone.
  • Manage a cash drawer and successfully balance at the end of the day.
  • Process a variety of account transactions for business and consumer accounts.
  • Provides primary coverage for incoming telephone calls.
  • Greets and direct walk-in customer traffic.
  • Ask questions to triage and direct phone and in-person inquiries.
  • Responsible for mail retrieval and disbursement, and clerical functions to support various departments.
  • Cross-sell bank products when applicable to benefit the customer.
