Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Great written, verbal, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Promoting our products and services to all members
- Processing member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments and other cash/check transactions) to ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently within our balancing procedures
- Providing exceptional member service
- Assisting new and existing members opening all types of new accounts including but not limited to Shares, Share Drafts, IRA and HSA accounts, Business/Commercial Non-Profit organizations as well as Municipal, Estate and Trust accounts
- Educating members on the availability of loans and loan related products
