About The Position
CES Credit Union in Loudonville, OH is looking to hire a part-time Teller - Member Service Representative to join our team. This position earns a competitive wage of $15 - $16/hour. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service AND cash-handling experience
- Proficiency with computers and other office equipment
- Strong math skills
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to listen carefully to others
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Conduct yourself with integrity and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with efficiency and accuracy.
- Follow all credit union policies and procedures.
- Use observational skills to watch for potential security risks.
- Use product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers.
- Treat customers as people, not numbers.
