About The Position

This position performs a variety of teller and member service functions. Successful candidates must make a professional appearance, be enthusiastic, dependable and service-minded. They will also share Envista's Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed. This position requires an individual with a positive, outgoing attitude who can succeed at enhancing Envista's relationship with our members. Cash handling, sales and customer service experience are preferred, but not required. This role offers advancement opportunities and is a great starting point to learn and prepare for future opportunities within the company, with many employees in this role being promoted to higher-level positions at Envista.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent, welcoming customer service to everyone who visits our branches
  • Receive and process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.
  • Balance cash drawer and daily transactions
  • Identify opportunities and effectively cross-sell credit union products and services to members
  • Other duties as assigned
