About The Position

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Teller / Member Service Representative to join their team at the Lakewood Branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, possess a sense of curiosity, enjoy problem-solving, and value building customer relationships. Requirements

  • One-year experience in a customer service position
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be bondable
  • Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher (requires US citizenship or permanent legal residency)

Responsibilities

  • Assist our members with financial transactions
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Build relationships
  • Provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service
