About The Position

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Teller / Member Service Representative to join their team at the Lakewood Branch. Requirements

One-year experience in a customer service position
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be bondable
Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher (requires US citizenship or permanent legal residency)

Responsibilities

Assist our members with financial transactions
Respond to inquiries
Build relationships
Provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service
