About The Position

You'll serve as a Teller/MSR at our Walton Hills branch. This role exists to keep the teller line accurate, fast, and consistent for every member.

Requirements

• 1+ years of teller or cash-handling experience
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort with transaction volume
• Clear communication, steady decision-making with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn branch systems

Responsibilities

• Operate teller drawer for member transactions, balancing service speed with control
• Respond to member inquiries via phone and email
• Manage cash limits, vault/cash drawer controls, and daily balancing
• Resolve member issues at the line and escalate when needed
• Follow credit union policies and required security procedures
