Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to perform basic math accurately
Ability to confidently handle financial transactions in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding member service
Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals
Answer questions and resolve account inquiries with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate cash handling and balance your cash drawer
Follow security procedures and operational policies
Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional member experience
