Tellers sustain and elevate trust and satisfaction of Tri Counties Bank customers by expertly executing account transactions, making referrals to banking partners, and proactively initiating telephone contact with account holders. This role involves safeguarding a cash fund, executing a high volume of daily transactions, and operating multiple desktop applications for various banking functions. The position requires providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service, ensuring all customer transactions are handled accurately and according to guidelines. Additionally, Tellers are responsible for meeting referral goals, maintaining an understanding of Bank policies and procedures, and complying with all federal and state laws.
