Requirements

• Proven quality customer service experience
• Minimum one (1) year of consecutive, current, and proven success handling cash
• Leadership and teller experience
• High school diploma or GED

• Thorough knowledge of teller services and customer service/relations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Previous lead teller experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration/supervision of the teller area as delegated by the Teller Supervisor or Retail Coordinator.
• Perform Teller duties, including providing excellent customer service and promoting Bank products/services.
• Process transactions and pay out funds in accordance with Bank procedures, regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing training and support to Tellers by providing input to the Teller Supervisor/Retail Coordinator on performance reviews and participating in new Teller training and mentoring.
• Assist the Teller Supervisor/Retail Coordinator in preparing Teller work schedules, reviewing Teller work on a regular basis and conducting Teller audits.
• Handle more complex customer issues that may be referred to the Lead Teller from other Tellers.
