The Teller I works in a TD Store location and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This role also involves educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions. The Teller I is responsible for consistently executing appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience, understanding customer preferences, and educating them on self-service/digital options. They act as a customer advocate by conducting needs-based conversations, offering financial & digital solutions, and making appropriate referrals. The position requires sound decision-making, timely problem resolution, and adherence to company guidelines and regulations like the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk and protect customers.
