Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative

Requirements
- Strong listening and interpretive skills with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate financial solutions.
- Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport with customers.
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work toward monthly referral objectives.
- Experience using customer relationship-building tools or willingness to learn.
- Ability to present product information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated success in a retail, financial, or service-based sales environment preferred.
- Cash handling experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting customer relationships.
- Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Identify referral opportunities that support customers' financial goals and contribute to branch growth objectives.
- Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates, promote special offers, and strengthen customer and community relationships.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to confidently explain features and benefits.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate and learn from teams across the bank including customer service, accounting, loan servicing, and other departments.
