About The Position

Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Moorhead South Office. This role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
  • Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
  • Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
  • Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
