The Teller/CSR position at the Moorefield Office is responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments in a professional and courteous manner according to established guidelines. This role also involves opening new accounts, providing service and performing maintenance on existing accounts, assisting with safe deposit box entries, answering customer inquiries (both internal and external), and directing calls. Additionally, the Teller/CSR will be responsible for cross-selling products, resolving customer concerns, and being attentive to customer needs.
