About The Position
Operates a Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service, maintains security of a cash drawer; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products, and refers customers to the appropriate staff. Interacts with customers to open new accounts, maintains existing accounts in response to inquiries about products and services, cross-sells all bank products and services, and resolves customer complaint. Provides general clerical assistance to the department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- 6 months of handling and balancing money transactions within prior four years
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Computer skills – keyboard skills, knowledge of accounting software, word processing software, spreadsheet software, email, and use of the Internet
- Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Check Report
- NCRC Certification- minimum level of Bronze
