About The Position
The Teller & Customer Service Representative Floater serves as a flexible, front-line ambassador of the Bank. This role supports multiple branches, assisting with teller transactions, account services, and customer interactions as needed. The floater ensures accurate and compliant banking operations while providing exceptional service, identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships, and supporting branch efficiency.
